With our versatile equipment, placement machines, and reflow oven, we can assemble single- and double-sided circuit boards precisely and efficiently. We process materials from reels as well as loose components.
Our equipment includes a wave soldering system and various soldering stations, allowing us to assemble single- and double-sided circuit boards up to a size of 450mm x 450mm by machine. Larger formats can be processed manually.
We handle all possible combinations of THT and SMD technologies, regardless of the sequence and the number of assembly sides.
Our professional cleaning system ensures thorough cleaning of assembled circuit boards and other components according to the highest industry standards.
We handle the assembly and disassembly of modules and devices, including functional tests as well as climate and stress tests in cooperation with SK-Elektronik GmbH Leverkusen.
